Wendy joined the WFA team in 2020 and is excited to work in financial services as the firm’s Receptionist and Customer Service Specialist. The supportive culture among colleagues at WFA is one of things that attracted Wendy to the firm. While the industry is new to her, Wendy has over 15 years of experience in communications and client service. At WFA, she’s looking forward to being the first point of contact for clients at the firm.
Wendy takes her responsibilities to clients very seriously and sets a high bar for excellent service. When people call with a question or concern, she follows a long-standing protocol of listening carefully, following up immediately and always providing her contact information in case the client needs additional help.
Away from the office, you’ll find Wendy out walking her dog, riding her Harley, spending time with her son when he is home on college break or enjoying time with her husband at their land up north.
